At DECODED, we work to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery service used.

  • Within Nigeria: approximately 2–7 business days
  • International orders: approximately 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier issues, weather, public holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and available shipping options.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package is handed to the courier.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact DECODED so we can investigate with the delivery provider.

DECODED is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise.
